Privacy Policy

Embedding Labs, LLC, doing business as KT-22 AI (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who visit our site and work with us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Scope. “Site” means our website at kt22.ai. “Services” means the evaluation, data, and expert network work we perform for customers. “You” means a visitor to the Site or a person who contacts us. By using the Site or contacting us, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and you consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.

This policy covers information we collect as a business. It does not cover customer data that we process on behalf of a client under a services agreement or data processing agreement — that data is governed by the terms of that agreement.

I. Information we collect

We distinguish between Personal Information — information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you — and Non-Personal Information, such as aggregate usage data, referring and exit URLs, browser and platform types, and other data that does not identify you.

1. Information you give us directly

The Site has no account registration and no user-generated content. You can browse it without submitting any Personal Information. We receive Personal Information only when you choose to send it to us, for example by emailing us at hello@kt22.ai, corresponding with us about a project, applying to our expert network, or signing a contract. Depending on the context, that may include your name, email address, employer or affiliation, professional background and credentials, and anything else you include in your message or attachments. If we engage you as an expert or contractor, we also collect the information needed to contract with and pay you, which may include a mailing address and tax or payment details.

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you load a page — IP address, the referring URL, browser and device type, and the time and date of the request. We use this information to operate the Site, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Cookies. The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising networks on it. If we later add analytics or other cookie-setting technology, we will update this policy and describe what is set and why before or when the change takes effect. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

3. Children’s privacy

The Site and the Services are directed to businesses and professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe we hold such information, contact us at team@kt22.ai.

II. How we use and share information

Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use it to respond to your inquiries, to provide and administer the Services, to evaluate and manage expert and contractor relationships, to send administrative and contractual communications, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We share Personal Information with vendors who perform services for us — for example website hosting, email delivery, document signing, and payment processing. Those vendors may access your information only as needed to perform work for us, at our direction, and consistent with this policy.

We may disclose Personal Information to outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request; to enforce our agreements, including investigating potential violations; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users, our company, or the public, as required or permitted by law.

Non-Personal Information

We use Non-Personal Information to improve the Site and the Services and to understand usage patterns in aggregate. This policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information.

Business transfers

If we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that an acquirer may continue to process your Personal Information as described in this policy.

III. How we protect and retain information

We implement administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Site and the Services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for the duration of a business relationship and afterward as required for legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations — and then delete or anonymize it.

IV. Your rights and choices

You may ask us at any time to stop contacting you for marketing purposes. Promotional emails include unsubscribe instructions, and you can also write to team@kt22.ai. We may still send administrative messages, such as notices about this policy or about an ongoing engagement.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the Personal Information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share Personal Information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email team@kt22.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

V. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our vendors may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site or contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

VI. Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, including those of partners and third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites or the content they contain. This policy applies only to information collected by us through the Site and the Services. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of other websites before using them.

VII. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time. We will note significant changes by posting a prominent notice on the Site or, where we have your contact details and the change materially affects you, by email. Significant changes take effect 30 days after that notice. Non-material changes and clarifications take effect immediately. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
